Employee Warnings what to do!

It's best practice for employers to give employees warnings in writing before ending their employment. While an employer doesn't have to give an employee 3 warnings (or even 1 warning), they should give the employee a chance to fix any performance issues. If an employer fires an employee who then makes an unfair dismissal claim, the Fair Work Commission (a different agency to us) will usually take this into consideration. Find out more:
